Join us for our Agility Session with Sheila Jones! In this session you and your horse will learn to navigate various different elements; flags and bunting, a tarpaulin, a step, umbrella, a pool of plastic milk bottles, hoola hoops and a ‘curtain’ to name but a few! Sheila will help you communicate successfully with your horse to help their understanding of each task and help increase your bond and trust with one another.
Each owner is responsible for their horse and you will be given both individual attention as well as a whole group, with time to practice the obstacles as well as standing at the side and watching others, giving you and your horse time to relax and process everything. Plus have a giggle and learn from others! After everyone has had a good practice, Sheila will then set a timed course. This timed course will be done one at a time, but there is absolutely no pressure to do it if you don’t wish to! However, it is a great opportunity to see how your relationship is with your horse; is he confident with you, relaxed and respectful of your space etc. Plus, it’s a lot of fun!
We will be running two sessions, one in the morning (10.30-12.30) and one in the afternoon (1pm - 3pm).
SPACES ARE VERY LIMITED!
