Welcome to 2021 all! Thank you for sticking with us through a rather challenging 2020, it was an unusual year where we didn’t get to see you all anywhere near as much as we had hoped but with a little more patience we hope to be able to very very soon!

It’s that time when CROWN membership is up for renewal and whilst we know it’s a bit tricky at the moment to be able to do anything, please be rest assured we (the committee) are busily working away in the background to make the most of what time we hope to have in 2021!

With a new year however, comes a small change to our membership costings. We have continued to keep one of the lowest membership prices available, however due to a small increase in charges from the BRC as an affiliate per member and a rise in corporate insurance we have had to review this. As such, we have made the decision to increase the club membership fees this year by £5 to £30 for seniors and £25 for juniors. For renewals however, thanks to the support of our wonderful sponsors in 2020, we are able to offer our existing 2020 members a reduced renewal fee of £25 for seniors and £20 for juniors as a small token of our thanks for your continued loyalty and support of the club. This offer is valid for all renewals made between the 1st -31st January so do head over to our website to renew your membership and claim your discount! Just remember to log in to your members portal first to be able to do this!

We hope you will all agree that CROWN offers a wide variety of opportunities to our members from our broad range of training with a fantastic bunch of trainers at a variety of venues, three residential camps a year, competitions, leagues and voluntary role opportunities, that the increase in membership is justifiable. Whist we can’t see what 2021 has in store for us in terms of COVID restrictions, we continue to remain positive that we can bring you all as many opportunities as we can over the next year and we really hope that you will join us on this adventure!
