Back by popular demand, our Halloween Hunter Trial is set to be the spookiest yet!
Join us on Saturday 31st October at the spooky hollows of Swalcliffe Park Equestrian where ghosts and gouls lurk amongst the trees, the water bubbles green and the jumps creak! We will be running classes at the terrifying heights of 70cm, 80cm and 90cm, you can run the risk as an individual or safely team up with a friend for the pairs to take on the horrors that await! Prizes for the best fancy dress and rosettes to sixth place, this is not an event you want to miss!
So, grab those brave pants as entries are now open! Head over to Equo to read the full horrors of the schedule and frighten yourselves into entering! Online entries only and please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions before entering. This event will be running under BRC rules and in keeping with strict COVID-19 Precautions and Guidelines.
COMPETITOR TIMES: We are all set to welcome you all to Swalcliffe Park Equestrian on Saturday and thank you all for helping us to gather all the necessary information of vaccinations and COVID forms in the run up to the event! If you have yet to send in your vaccinations or to complete the Non-Rider COVID Form which is required by every non-rider on site (so any helpers/drivers) please do so by emailing them to lucie@crownriding.co.uk by 5pm Friday 30th. We now have the pleasure in releasing the times for Saturday's event, we have tried our very best to facilitate all requests where possible but if we have you down incorrectly please contact anne@crownriding.co.uk
COMPETITOR NUMBERS: Please note that numbers will not be provided on the day. Each competitor is expected to print and provide their own numbers for their number bibs, front and back. These must be printed clearly and visible from afar. Pairs will also require both riders to wear their number front and back. To help, we have created the following template should you wish to download it and update with your relevant competitor number.
EVENT PROGRAMME: We are so incredibly fortunate to have the support of several local businesses who have kindly supported this event through both class sponsorship and fence sponsorship. We are sure you will agree that it has been a truly challenging year for so many people, especially businesses. Therefore we would really appreciate it if you would take the time to read our event programme which details our fabulous sponsors who all offer such a wide variety of services and products and we encourage you to support them where possible.
COMPETITION RESULTS: Thank you all SO MUCH for joining us today! The weather was most definitely not in our favour, but it was so great to see so many of you defying the driving wind and rain and tackling the courses with big smiles and excellent costumes! We have the pleasure of posting the class results below. Rosettes to sixth place and prizes to the winners of each class and fancy dress winners will be posted out to competitors next week.
