We are delighted to announce that our popular Stressless Dressage Series kindly sponsored by Avonvale Equine Practice is back for 2020 - just with a little twist due to COVID-19! This year, things will be a little bit different to ensure that Government Guidelines are adhered to in respect of social distancing measures. For 2020, we will not be running a league with a Championship show, we will simply be holding three separate events over the coming months to get you all back out and having fun with your lovely horses! We also won't be running elementary tests as we don't feel these classes have been quite so popular over the years with only minimal entries, so we have decided to run one Intro test, two Prelims and a Novice. However, one thing that certainly won't be changing is that Stressless will always be a low key, dress down, stress-free event with no need to plait or preen, just turn up as you are and give dressage a go! This event is open to both members and non-members. We have a wonderful host of supportive judges who will not only encourage you but provide helpful feedback. To make these events viable in the current climate, please make sure that you read our COVID-19 competition guidelines at the bottom of this page to enable us to run these events safely for all concerned.
So, our first event is to be held by kind permission of Tim and Sara Young at Westfield Stables in Lighthorn (near Moreton Morrell) on grass on Saturday 8th August 2020. Full details can be found below:
